What about flights?
Flights are not included with the room reservation. The nearest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport, about a 37min drive to resort. Southwest airlines does not offer one way flights to Cancun. As of 10/11/25 American Airlines has posted there available flights for March 2026.

How do we get from airport to the hotel?
We have two options for you for transportation, feel free to look at other companies and book with what works best for you.
•OPTION 1:
After booking your room you will receive an email from guests@paradiseweddings.com to book transportation through Roberto. Shared ROUNDTRIP airport transportation: $102 per person for guests arriving and departing around the same time. If you do not receive an email reach out to Roberto at the email below.

•OPTION 2: You can book transportation for groups up to 8 for $250 ROUND TRIP per vehicle through the hotel directly. If you would like to use this option send an email with your requests. Transportation with The Fives Resort needs to be arranged at LEAST 72hrs before arrival/departure.

Double-check your passports
Make sure your passports are valid for at least six months PAST your travel dates. Please ensure your passport does not expire before September 2026.
When is our remaining balance for the room due?
Remaining balance for rooms are due by January 14th 2026.
Pay remaining balances NO LATER than January 16th to avoid penalties or extra charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
From the time of booking to November 16,2025, deposits are refundable.
From November 17,2025 to your Travel Date, room cancelations are non-refundable.
