To secure a reservation within the room block, a deposit equivalent to one nights stay is required, and the

remaining balance is due January 14th 2026 this must be paid NO LATER than January 16th to avoid penalty’s or extra charge.

There are no automatic payments for the booking. A minimum of three nights is required to secure a room within the room block.

When paying through the link provided the hotel will send an email confirmation as soon as the booking is made. This confirmation provides important details, such as the chosen room, the initial deposit, and the outstanding balance. Recipients are encouraged to use this confirmation email for any additional payments required.

After booking your room you will receive an email from guests@paradiseweddings.com to book transportation through Roberto. Shared ROUNDTRIP airport transportation: $102 per person.

Flights are not included with hotel reservations. The nearest airport to the hotel is Cancún international airport.

All reservations must present a Credit Card at Check-in for the hotel to hold a security deposit (cash deposits are not accepted). The required

security deposit is US$100 per room, per night, with a maximum of US$300 per reservation. This deposit

will be used to cover any additional services and incidentals during your stay. The unused amount of the

deposit will be released upon check-out.
